What is CVVICS, you ask? We are Coachella Valley Visually Impaired Community Services, an organization dedicated to providing educational support and to help improve and enrich the lives of the community we serve. Through various classes and activities, it's our goal to ensure that each visually impaired person that we work with learns to thrive on their own through social interaction and creative outlets.

A message from the President of CVVICS, Barbara Foyil
I am happy to introduce my Facebook friends to a new foundation serving the blind and visually impaired community in the Coachella Valley. If you receive an invite on Facebook, check it out and if for some reason you do not receive an invite just go to CVvics (Coachella Valley Visually Impaired Community Services). It is my pleasure to have been elected President of this wonderful dedicated team of individuals who wish to support this newly formed charity. There is much to be done for both adults, children, and teens in our valley who are visually impaired or blind. Our first classes begin on January 7, 2020 at the Joslyn Center in Palm Desert, CA. We need volunteers and donors to help us meet the demands for this population. Happy New Year to all. 🥰

Your financial donation will help us to purchase supplies for classes, host upcoming social events, add more planned activities for education and enrichment, and to help cover overhead for class space. In the future as we continue to grow our organization, it is our hope that we can offer as many activities and learning opportunities for our clients as we can. No donation is too small, or too big. It is your donation that allows us to continue to help and support the visually impaired community in every way that we can.
